Ingredience:
2 tbsp Coriander seeds
2 tbsp Mustard seeds
1 tbsp Dill weed
1 tbsp All spice
1 tbsp Red pepper flakes
1 tbsp Salt
3 Bay leaves
-
1 package hot Sausage
2 lbs Shrimp
Corn
12 Small red potatoes
1 Lemon
Directions:
Pre cook sausage and Corn Bread
Mix all dry ingredient together
Put dry ingredient and potatoes in water
-Boil for 15 minutes-
Add corn
-Boil 10 minutes-
Add Sausage
-Boil 5 minutes-
Check Potatoes
Squeeze Lemon into water
Add Shrimp
-Boil 3 minutes covered-
Drain
Melt Butter for dipping
Jiffy Corn bread for side
