 Pasta with Garlic and Oil 


Ingredience:
  • 1 pound spaghetti
  • Salt
  • 6 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 12 garlic cloves, minced
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:

  1. Boil water in large pot.
  2. Add pasta and 1 tablespoon salt and cook, stirring often, until al dente. 
  3. Add together Garlic, Parmesan cheese, Olive oil, Parsley, salt in a separate bowl.
  4. Reserve 1/3 cup cooking water, then drain pasta.
  5. Toss and combine.
