Pasta with Garlic and Oil
Ingredience:
- 1 pound spaghetti
- Salt
- 6 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 12 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
Directions:
- Boil water in large pot.
- Add pasta and 1 tablespoon salt and cook, stirring often, until al dente.
- Add together Garlic, Parmesan cheese, Olive oil, Parsley, salt in a separate bowl.
- Reserve 1/3 cup cooking water, then drain pasta.
- Toss and combine.
