No Bake Nutella Cheesecake
2/3 Cup Nutella
1 (8oz) Cream Cheese (room temp)
1 Tsp Vanilla
1 (8oz) Cool whip
Chocolate Pie crust
1 Cup of heavy whipping cream (for topping)
Cheesecake:
Mix Nutella and Cream cheese
Add Vanilla and mix again
Add entire tub of cool whip (fold in)
Pour into Chocolate Pie crust
Refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight
Whipped topping:
Whip Heavy cream until stiff peaks appear and is thick, add a teaspoon or more of sugar if you like it sweet)
