Quiche
Ingredients:
- 1 refrigerated pie crust
- 6 eggs
- 3/4 cup milk
- 3/4 is teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup of spinach, broccoli or a protein
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese (divided)
- 4 tablespoons onions
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375*
- Put pie crust in a 9" pie pan
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt and pepper
- Add other ingredient into egg mixture
- Pour mixture into pie crust, put other half of cheese on top
- Bake 40 minutes. Let cool 5-10 minutes before serving.
