Chocolate Ganache

 Chocolate Ganache 

Ingredience:

1 bag of semi sweet chocolate chips

1/2 cup of Heavy cream

1 teaspoon of Instant coffee (optional)

Directions:

Boil Heavy cream

Pour hot heavy cream over chocolate chips and Instant coffee

Put in fridge to chill.
