Kielbasa In The Slow Cooker

 



  • 1 stick of butter
  • I medium onion
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 tsp thyme leaves
  • 1/4 tsp ground sage
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Small gold potatoes cut in half
  • 1 16oz bag of sauerkraut (not canned)
  • 2 cups of water

Serve with: 

  • Hoagie rolls or Pirogies
