Nutella Basque Cheesecake

 Nutella Basque Cheesecake

Note: Needs overnight refrigeration after baking.



Ingredients:
  • 24oz cream cheese (3 blocks)
  • 12oz Ricotta Cheese
  • 16oz Nutella
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 3 Eggs
  • 2 cups Heavy cream
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp Baking powder

Directions:
  1. Preheat oven to 400* (w/convection oven)
  2. Whip cream cheese, ricotta, flour and baking powder until creamy.
  3. Add eggs, heavy cream, Nutella and Vanilla until smooth and creamy.
  4. Add parchment paper to spring form pan or 8 inch cake pan.
  5. Pour in cream cheese cake mix and bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes, it will be very dark on top and the middle will jiggle. (middle should not crack, or it is overdone.)
  6. Let cool completely and refrigerate over night.
