Nutella Basque Cheesecake
Note: Needs overnight refrigeration after baking.
Ingredients:
- 24oz cream cheese (3 blocks)
- 12oz Ricotta Cheese
- 16oz Nutella
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 3 Eggs
- 2 cups Heavy cream
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp Baking powder
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400* (w/convection oven)
- Whip cream cheese, ricotta, flour and baking powder until creamy.
- Add eggs, heavy cream, Nutella and Vanilla until smooth and creamy.
- Add parchment paper to spring form pan or 8 inch cake pan.
- Pour in cream cheese cake mix and bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes, it will be very dark on top and the middle will jiggle. (middle should not crack, or it is overdone.)
- Let cool completely and refrigerate over night.
