Homemade Granola Bars


2  1/2 cups oatmeal
1/2 cup chopped almonds
1/3 cup honey
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup mini chocolat chips
1/2 cup anything else (cranberries, raisins, etc)

Toast Oatmeal and Nuts in a 350* oven for 5 minutes
Heat together: Honey, butter, brown sugar, salt, vanilla.
Mix all together, add chocolate chips last

Spray a pan, spread out mixture, cover with wax paper or parchment paper and smoosh down. 
Put in fridge for 5 - 10 minutes and then cut into bars, individually wrap.
