Blueberry Cake






















1 box French vanilla cake
Blueberries
Blueberry jam
Confectioners sugar
Cinnamon
Unsalted Butter
Vanilla
Brown sugar
Sugar
Cream Cheese

Topping:
5 tbsp sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tsp Cinnamon

Frosting (double the icing for a layer cake):
1 1/4 stick unsalted butter
8 oz cream cheese
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 2/3 cup confectioners sugar
1/4 cup blueberry jam

Make cake as s tased on the box, gently mix in blueberries
Mix together topping ingredients, sprinkle all over the top of uncooked batter.
Bake according to box directions.

Let cake cool

Beat together butter and cream cheese, add vanilla and confectioners sugar.
Fold in blue berry jam until swirls form. 
Pipe onto cupcakes or spread on cake.
